LOGON PROCESS: All users of Genesis are now required to use some form of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Duo allows for three (3) methods of MFA. Mobile Phones via the Duo Mobile App, Cell Phones via a phone call or SMS (text) message, Landlines via a phone call, and Personal Hardware Tokens.
