LOGON PROCESS: All users of Genesis are now required to use some form of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Duo allows for two (2) methods of MFA. Mobile Phones via the Duo Mobile App, and Personal Hardware Tokens. Our systems no longer support phone calls or SMS for verification. Users MUST use either the Duo Mobile app or a personal hardware token.

Duo Bypass Codes are not a valid selection when presented with that option. Please manage your devices to enable your phone to display a 6-digit code from the Duo Mobile App.

Users are advised to use the Duo Mobile app on their Cell Phone to complete authentications.
